The first step is a free phone consultation. We use this time to discuss your dog's history, your goals, and what's expected from both you and your dog to see real results. There's no pressure — just a direct conversation to make sure we're the right fit.If your dog has a history of aggression, reactivity, or bite incidents, a Behavior Assessment at our facility may be required before enrolling in any program. This ensures we can build the right plan from the start.

What is a Behavior Assessment and do I need one?

A Behavior Assessment is a structured evaluation held at our facility. We observe your dog's body language, identify triggers, and assess their responses in a controlled environment. The goal is to understand the root of what's happening before recommending a program.A Behavior Assessment is required for dogs with any of the following:A history of biting or attempted bitingSevere aggression toward people or other dogsSignificant anxiety that limits daily functioningFor all other dogs, we recommend it — but it's not required. At the end of your assessment, you'll leave with a professional evaluation, a clear training recommendation, and a realistic picture of what to expect.A completed Behavior Assessment earns you a $200 credit toward any Board & Train program.
