Cancellation Policy

Group Training Booking Policy Please read carefully before booking. Enrollment in any group training course indicates agreement with the following policies. Payment & Registration ∙ All group training courses must be paid in full at the time of booking. ∙ Due to limited class sizes, spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. ∙ A spot is not secured until payment is completed. Attendance & Missed Classes ∙ Group classes run on a structured schedule and curriculum. ∙ Missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. ∙ Instruction will not be repeated for late arrivals or absences. Refund & Transfer Policy ∙ All group training sales are final. ∙ Group courses are non-transferable to another dog or handler. ∙ Classes may not be transferred to private training sessions. Minimum Enrollment ∙ Group courses require a minimum number of participants to run. ∙ If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, clients may choose: ∙ A full refund, or ∙ Transfer to the next available session. Instructor Cancellations ∙ If we must cancel a class due to instructor illness, facility closure, or severe weather, we will offer a make-up class or extend the course by one week at no additional charge. Dog Requirements & Safety ∙ Dogs must meet age, vaccination, and behavior requirements to participate. [View requirements here: link] or contact us for details. ∙ We reserve the right to remove any dog from a group class if their behavior poses a safety risk to people or other dogs. If removal is necessary due to safety concerns, you will receive credit for any remaining sessions (prorated at the per-class rate) to be applied toward private training within 90 days. Late Arrival Policy ∙ Clients arriving late may join quietly. ∙ Class instruction will not be restarted or extended. ∙ Repeated late arrivals may result in removal from the course without refund.
